We are the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics. ICRISAT is a non-profit, apolitical, international organization devoted to sciencebased agricultural development. We're one of the 16 Future Harvest Centers of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR). We have a staff of about 900 and an annual budget of US $22 million.
