Trials conducted during the rainy season of 2003 in Mahbubnagar and Ranga Reddy districts, Andhra Pradesh, India, revealed the higher profitability of improved sorghum cultivars (CSH 16, CSV 15, PSV 16 and S 35) compared to local cultivars. Sixty-nine sorghum growers participated in this study.
