Introduction
Information technology has fundamentally affected the operations of library and information services and this has also great impact on the agricultural education, training and providing the services to the users of various levels. In this context a novel concept has been brought out that is CYBERARY. A new center of learning is the Cyberary , which integrates the services of information technology and the Library to provide a single point access to information irrespective of the form in which it exists. Aptly named after Chaudhury Charan Singh, a farmer’s friend who struggled for the uplift of the farmers and the rural economy, the Cyberary is a point for information access and connectivity for the literate, semi – literate and illiterate alike.
