LL2C, Life-Line to Communication, is an effective management tool to create the proper communication channels and manage them effectively. Functionality: There are four modules in LL2C. Each is explained below: Internal module: Create users and manage internal communication between users. Two sub modules: Organization Info: Create functions / subjects, levels / access rights, employees, password, etc. Communication Info: Send and receive communication between immediate superior and subordinates and peers. Send for information, for comments or for action. Send reply comments for comments received. Set deadline for timely reply.
External module: Create database of all external contacts and manage all communications. Two sub modules: Contact Info: Two types of contacts: Organization and Individual. Create external contact details. Create complete profile of organizations and individuals. Communication Info: Communication modes: multi-modal - letter, fax, e-mail, phone, etc. Receive communication from external contacts for back office. Send communication to external contacts from back office. Back office to post solution or seek clarification or forward to concerned person/department for further action. Superior to verify customer feedback for corrective action. Personal Module: Employee profiles can be created; and activities tracked. Two sub modules: Personal Info: Each employee’s profile, proficiency, performance and presence can be created and monitored. Personal goals and official goals can be set and tracked for achievement. Training needs can be indicated; and training organized for improvement. Personal Activity: Electronic organizer and planner for activity and time management. Instant information on activity planned and / or performed or not performed for any day or any week of any month or year.
Analysis Module: Instant analysis of any / all external contacts / communications / cases. Two sub modules: Summary Analysis (two dimensional search of each employee / function / contact): Graphical analysis of case / communication / contact. Listing of case / communication / contact Detailed Analysis (three dimensional search of each employee / function /
contact): Complete listing of each case with the thread of information for instant analysis and corrective action.
