Stress Management at the Work
In any organization, the head of the department assigned the task normally to the officials to complete the work effectively, efficiently and well in time. The official needs lot of nurturing climate, motivation, support, required facilities towards performing the task excellently. It can be possible only with whole heartedly support of the head. The work is suffered generally due to stress at the work, no goal clarification, external and internal blocks, poor mindset, etc. For effective working environment, full support, required facilities, motivation, individual credit, appreciation, etc. are the key factors to achieve the quality output. Stress can be minimised by inducing technical back-up, encouragement at the right moment, monitoring of the task at regular intervel, judging the negative thoughts and converting it into positive goal anticipation, increasing goal commitment, etc. Work does not create any stress on individual, it may be created at higher level in the organization or the officers who is managing, supervising and taking the work from the staff. Burden should be removed from the person who feels heaviness, it can be done by the officer and his or her colleagues by creating understanding, breaking boundaries of hindrences among each other and making them positive thinker. So stress should not be created in the office and work freedom should be given to the concerned. Such type of studies may be conducted like case study of an individual or study of whole organization can make a difference in enhancing the nurturing climate.
