Rainfed Farming:

Crop production or farming which is depends on the rain is called as Rainfed farming. In such areas crop production become relatively difficult as it mainly depend upon intensity and frequency of rainfall and there is no facility to give any irrigation and even protecting or life saving irrigation is not possible these areas got an annual rainfall between 400 mm to 1000 mm which is unevenly distributed highly uncertain and erratic.
