FISH BALLS

Fish balls are delicious and tasty value added fish product prepared from fish meat as the base material. The meat is minced  and mixed with other ingredients to form a fine paste. The paste is  formed into small balls of 10g each. These balls are battered with bread and  deep fried in refined vegetable oil. The fish balls can be served hot.
