Description
- Female bees (Figure) carry pieces of leaf to form nests in the soil or rotten wood, or in crevices.
- Adult bees are present in range of colors and size.
- Eggs are laid in nests filled with a paste of honey and pollen.
Damage symptoms
- Leaflets are cut neatly in a semi-circular fashion (Figure).

- Impact of damage is negligible.
