Question on wheat varities

Good details to know, though I have a question and request you to help me -

"HD-2894 (2008)  * High yielding variety for NCR Delhi.",- Does this mean that this wheat variety should not be used in NEPZ region Or we do not have access to seed of this variety in NEPZ region.

We do late sowing as we do farming of Pea (matar) and by end of december same farm is used for wheat. May you suggest which variety should be used (for NEPZ region)that have high yield, good weight, irrigated and good for flour.
