Graduate Couple as Extension Change Agent

Graduate Couple as change Agent

This approach is in practice in KVK Chitrakoot, graduate couples willing to live in villages, have been identified and trained. Such 45 couples are living in villages and providing agricultural knowledge to farmers along with orienting them in social transformation. This model is unique and has been possible because of the background of the host institution to work for social transformation.  The couple has resolved conflict in the villages. They facilitate the KVK experts for realistic action plan development. They act as catalystic to reflect the ground reality and provide base for holistic development. Such initiatives, really need to upscale in other villages.
