Three new groundnut cultivars, ICGV 96466, ICGV 96468 and ICGV 96469, derived from the crosses ICGV 87882 x ICGV 87885, ICGV 87885 x LI and ICGV 87885 x LI Duchoa, respectively, were developed at the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), Patancheru, Andhra Pradesh, India, and released by the Plant Materials Identification Committee of ICRISAT in 2004 for subsequent utilization in research and/or development of groundnut. These cultivars are characterized by their large seeds, early maturity and high yield potential. Data on various morphological, agronomic and seed quality traits are tabulated.
